I’m truly a person who is fuelled by my passions. I have many and they are constantly changing and evolving. Within those layers lie a steady solid love for genuine connections, holistic living and creating from the heart.
I grew up in Vancouver, Canada where I completed a Bachelors of Psychology and spent the first five years post college immersing myself in behaviour therapy, teaching children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
I don’t think there is a greater example of genuine connections than one of child to child or child to teacher.
When you are a role model for a classroom of bright-eyed, bushy-tailed beings, it’s only natural to learn and teach as a whole/holistically. It become clear that behaviour was the result of the inside state of the body; this is when I began a deeper dive into holistic nutrition, healing and living.
I then studied Holistic Nutrition and became certified in 2021, where I found a meditative hobby in cooking and being in touch with seasonal produce/eating.
Today, I live in Los Angeles with my husband and our 7 month old daughter, who are my two greatest passions.
Los Angeles is also where I met Sam. We had a mutual alignment for good food, good living and he is also fuelled by his many passions.
We started our journey together while I worked his Studio City Farmers Market location (if you haven’t already introduced yourself, please do!) and continued to share our passion every Sunday, connecting with each other and the community around us.
As many of you already know, Sam has a warm, blazing spirit and this ability to motivate the people around him to reach for their highest goals. Naturally, I said an absolute yes, when he shared his idea about Des Croissants Paris and to be a part of this vision. The team he has brought together is a force, who I feel so very honoured to know and create alongside.
